Orders and Payment

Website purchases may be completed through GoDaddy Payments and Online Pay Links or another payment method identified at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, a material error, or inability to ship the order. If payment has been captured for an order we cannot fulfill, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping availability, charges, delivery information, and any return or refund terms presented at checkout form part of the terms applicable to that purchase. Because our products are intended for animal consumption, return eligibility may be limited for opened products or where safety and product integrity cannot be verified.
